Bay Windows talks with Bill Sinkford
Philocrates notes that Bay Windows, New Englands largest gay and lesbian newspaper, talks to Bill Sinkford, president of the UUA.When lawmakers convene at the State House later this year to vote on a constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage, they'll have to deal with lobbying and protests from people on both sides of the issue, everyone from outspoken gay and lesbian couples to outraged Catholic clergy. They'll also have to deal with lobbying from their next-door neighbors, the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) and their president, the Rev. William Sinkford.
