Doug Rogers told me about a program that Mission Peak Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fremont, CA runs called Spirit Buddies - you might want to check it out.The intent of this practice is to create an awareness of the relationships in your life and the positive impact they have. You will be communicating with a partner to support each other in this practice.
