U.N. dispatching aid to U.S.
According to the Wall Street Journal...8:19 a.m.: The United Nations has created a special task force ready to dispatch disaster experts to the U.S., the U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said.Thank goodness somebody is doing something!
