Revved!
If you manage or supervise people (or would like to learn one of the major ways to do so successfully), check out Revved!: An Incredible Way to Rev Up Your Workplace and Achieve Amazing Results.It's a quick read - maybe 1 or 2 hours. A couple of decades ago, I did some contract work for Digital Equipment Corporation, and the book brought back memories of one of the major parts of their management culture.
