Becoming a Man-Friendly Church

David Murrow at pastors.com notes that more women than men seem to come to church, and lists the following ways to attract more men:
  1. Cultivate a healthy masculine spirit in your church.
  2. Make men feel needed and wanted.
  3. Present Christ’s masculine side.
  4. Avoid feminine terminology.
  5. Preach shorter sermons.
  6. Become students of men.
  7. Create a culture of person-to-person challenge.
Hey. Don't shoot me. I'm just the messenger.
