Engaging Our Theological Diversity

The Unitarian Universalist Association's Commission on Appraisal published a 1-page 2005 Annual Report. They discuss their new Report, entitled Engaging Our Theological Diversity, the culmination of nearly four years of intensive work. The 160-page report is available at the UUA Bookstore for $14 plus $5 shipping.

I just ordered mine.

I agree entirely. I think each congregation got a copy (which ended up in my "uu affairs" mailbox in our case). But I think the whole thing should be made available online, as both a pdf and as a collection of web pages for better availability. Otherwise it won't get much exposure.

I think it is well done, with good chapters movitating the importance of taking this work on, lots of good ideas on current points of agreement and diversity in our theological perspectives, lots of good information on worship practices, good recommendations, etc.
