Bolton to be U.N. Ambassador
So President Bush is going to name John Bolton to be U.N. Ambassador while the Senate is on vacation.Whatever happened to the "We demand a vote!" on presidential appointments? Oh, sorry. That's only if the Republicans want a vote.
