Loving v. Virginia
As long as George W. wants an anti-gay marriage amendment to the U.S. Constitution, wouldn't it be consistent of him to support the repeal of Loving v Virginia?Loving v. Virginia is a case in which the United States Supreme Court declared Virginia's anti-miscegenation statute, the "Racial Integrity Act of 1924", unconstitutional, thereby ending all race-based legal restriction on marriage in the United States.
