Hi Paul
Thanks for your comment on my post about the minimum wage laws. I know that a lot of states have sub minimum wages laws for tipped workers. I think the term "tip penalty law" is coming directly from the AFL CIO, but is pretty accurate. There is a more common term in use that I'm actually blanking on right now. Take care
